How do I wash the boucle cover?
The covers of all our beds are removable and machine washable. We do not recommend washing inner inserts, if required hand wash only.
Wash the cover in cold water on a gentle cycle and hang it to dry. A damp cloth can also be used to remove stains from the cover.
How long will my order take to arrive?

How can I return this bed?
Please confirm you have the right size bed before opening your package. You can do this by measuring your space and comparing it with the dimensions on our website or by asking our team at support@lucky-paws.co.
Returns can only be processed within 30 days of the purchase date and if the vacuum seal has not been opened as the bed cannot be repackaged once expanded. Please see the full Refund & Exchange details on our Returns page.
Your bed will come vacuumed packed, please allow 24-72 hours for the bed to inflate. However, your dog is able to get cozy and use it straight away.
What does CertiPUR-US® memory foam mean?
CertiPUR-US® certified memory foam means that the foam is made WITHOUT: ozone depleters; PBDEs or the following Tris flame retardants: TCEP, TDBPP, TDCPP or TEPA; mercury, lead and heavy metals; formaldehyde; phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
The foam is performance-tested, durability-tested, emissions-tested, content-tested, and analyzed by independent accredited testing laboratories.

Max had to help me out when the package with the dog bed got lost in transit. He worked so hard to find the package and when we couldn’t locate it, he immediately shipped out a new bed for my dogs. I cannot express enough gratitude. My dogs are obsessed with their dog bed. Here’s a picture of my golden resting in it the other day. I will be buying accessories and likely another dog bed soon. Before I could even get it out of the vacuum pack, my dog, Archie immediately went to lay on it. It’s only been out for about an hour or so but it’s puffing out nicely and it looks like it’s going to be fairly easy to remove the cover whenever I need to clean it. It’s very pretty and it’s nice to find a bed that fits him so nicely. He’s always loved to be able to arrest his head a little higher and we’ve had a hard time finding a bed that fits both his body while still having a headrest for him so this was perfect.
