What’s your return policy?

We stand behind everything we sell and making sure that you and your dog are happy is our number one priority. If your dog (or you) is not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase then return it for a credit or refund. No questions asked. The product you are requesting the refund/return must be in resellable conditions to be eligible.

Items must be free of dirt, odor, and pet hair as we cannot accept back used items.

Once the returned item is received we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. In order to process the return, please read through "How to Return an Item." To better serve you in the future, please let us know why you are returning the item. You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed.

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon inspection, if the item is in unused condition we will process your refund to your original method of payment.

Please confirm you have the right size bed before opening your package. You can do this by measuring your space and comparing it with the dimensions on our website or by asking our team at

Returns can only be processed within 30 days of the purchase date and if the vacuum seal has not been opened as the bed cannot be repackaged once expanded.

Your bed will come vacuumed packed, please allow 24-72 hours for the bed to inflate. However, your dog is able to get cozy and use it straight away. 

How do I return an item?

If you're wanting something else, go ahead and place a new order so your dog can get some new stuff asap! Place the item(s) in a package and indicate on a note your order #, email address and reason for returning. Please email us if you'd like to start the return process.

Return shipping is not covered by Lucky Paws. Typically USPS Ground Shipping is the cheapest option. Once we receive the item(s), we'll issue your refund. Easy! If you have more questions please feel free to send an email to

Do I have to pay to return an item?

In most cases, you (the customer) are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product back to us. Typically USPS Ground Shipping is the cheapest.

However, if the item you wish to return is unused and unopened in its original packaging, we can email you a prepaid return label that can be printed, placed on the returned package and dropped off at USPS or UPS.

To use our return label, we will deduct the price of the return label from your refund upon processing your return. To receive a prepaid label just send a request letting us know that you'd like to return an item and include your order details.

If you reject a package so that it is returned to sender, a $30 fee per package will be deducted from the refund upon our receipt of the rejected order since we do get charged for returned shipping in those cases.

What does the 30 Day Furry Friend Guarantee Cover?

We have a 30-day guarantee for defects only. This does not include damage from wear and tear or chewing issues, only manufacturing defects. Send us an email via with photo’s of the issue and for further information.

Lucky Paws does not accept returns if the bed has been used for hygiene reasons and the fact that it is impossible to re-package once expanded. If you are still in doubt about the size and have received your delivery, please do not open the bed and contact our team at so we can arrange a return as long as the bed is still sealed.

If you are not totally satisfied with our products, we are going to refund you upon the return of the product, or we are going to partially refund you if you want to keep it.

Uh oh, my pup broke the item! What can I do?

We understand some pups may get excited with our items and chew them up. Unfortunately, this is not considered a part of regular wear and tear and isn't a defect on our part. Feel free to reach out to to see what we can do for you.
